About the farmer:

Priyanka and Rushabh are a sister-brother duo who run their hydroponic farm named ‘Satviki’. Priyanka who apart from being a hydroponic farmer is a dietician and health expert also. She says that she noticed how greens are mishandled and lose their freshness by the time these reach the end consumer. So, in October 2020, she along with her brother Rushabh made their hydroponic farm to serve fresh responsibly grown produce to the people.

Satviki aims at building a future food system where the food is grown under fully controlled conditions and the color, texture, flavor, and nutrition are kept intact.
The produce is 100% pesticide-free and harvested just a few hours before delivery.

Products:

Satviki farms have special monthly subscription boxes namely Serene Harvest, Micro Blink, Hidden Valley, Family Harvest, and Power Blend Harvest Box. Each monthly subscription box contains a different mix of greens like lettuce mix, assorted herbs, cherry tomatoes, spinach, kale, swiss chard, and amaranth, etc. Total 4 boxes are delivered per month, 1 box per week.
