About the farmer:

Pranav Bahl is a graduate in hotel management who started his ‘Swadeshi Mushroom Farm’ around six years back. Hailing from a family that is in the mushroom business for over 30 years, Bahl wanted to grow exotic mushrooms that are organic. He aimed to cut imports of such mushrooms from other countries. After initial failures, today, he is successfully growing king oyster mushrooms that are pesticide-free and the oysters and sells them to chefs and residents in Delhi.
