We are very excited while present you freshly made “Natural Herbal Jaggery” which is infused with organic medicinal herbs viz. A2 desi cow ghee, ginger, green & black cardamom, fennel seeds (saunf) and nutmeg. Infusion of these highly medicinal herbs in jaggery increases the nutritional properties of organic jaggery even further, which will add tremendous value to anyone’s diet.
*A2 Cow Ghee*
The high level of Omega-3 fatty acids present in A2 ghee is said to be beneficial for cardiovascular health. According to Ayurveda, Ghee improves the absorption ability of the small intestines and decreases the acidic pH of our gastrointestinal tract helping in improving overall health.
*Ginger*
Gingerol is the major active component of ginger. It is known to exhibit a variety of biological activities including anticancer, anti-inflammation, and anti-oxidation, ginger also helps in treating nausea and has antifungal properties.
*Cardamom*
Cardamom is highly antibacterial which helps in fighting bacterial infections. It also aids in the clearance of mucus from the upper and lower airways, helping in common cold and nasal congestion.
*Fennel Seeds*
It is a long tradition to have fennel seeds just after lunch or dinner, which supports digestion. Fennel seeds also help in preventing the formation of gas in the gastrointestinal tract.
*Nutmeg *

*Natural Jaggery*
